The gratitude in my heart today is like none other in recent memory.
This fountain is of my youth — where my “grown up” life began and it’s so meaningful to have many of my sisters that where there with me be so supportive all these years later. This is a commissioned piece and that alone gives me such excitement in my heart. I always wanted to be an artist and I had an extraordinary art teacher in a building not too far from this fountain.
For all of you who support artists and those of you supporting me with your purchases and your commissions— I’m humbled. You are making my dreams come true.
As we thaw out here in Texas and I celebrate another trip around the sun— I feel loved, encouraged and supported.
What more could one ask for?
